No updates after sudden account closure in the middle of a winning streak

Good day, so I was playing bc.game for the past two years already, my username account is JiL, my account status is level 55 and I have my own host since they consider me as a v.i.p, I am losing a lot no complaint about all my losses, withdrawing and depositing is smooth so far for small amount, so I was like winning for the past few days and I accumulate almost 10 ethereum, I still continue playing until it says network error I thought the website is down and undergoing maintenance until I found out that I cannot log in anymore they block me since they notice I'm winning, when I try to log in it says account verification required i panic I tried to reach out to customers support it says I just need to comply this certain requirement and email them

1. Bc.game username

2. Registered email address

3. One deposit transaction i.d

4. Commonly used IP address

5. Commonly used device

So after complying with all these requirements which is normal, I have to wait for like 24 to 72 hours which I did I tried to remain calm even though this is so frustrating, but after all the waiting I did not even receive even one single email from the bc.game support, so I want to escalate this and report.
