My withdrawal not received

I did withdrawal on 17th July they told me to wait 1 hour to 72 hours. I waited a lot and when I contacted them today, they tell me that they have given funds to my bank and asked to contact other banks.

When I contacted the bank those people there is no amount from Bc Games that they can process.

I just contacted in bc game then they said for wait. I waited more but these people are lying and not replying. I got worried in the bus game, I get withdrawal quickly, but today I have been waiting for 5 days. These people lie, every agent speaks differently.

From last 17th July you guys are neither canceling my vidrobal nor giving it to the bank nor are you giving updates to the people so much.I have given you all the things you wanted.You have taken more than 15 days to process a widrawal.No one responds when I try to contact on chat.I have told you this 10 times, if you are not able to process the widrawal,then cancel it, do something.Empty every time you say the same thing that it is in process will get update soon don't know when will you guys come soon.Then I am saying either process it and complete it or cancel it then do it.From 17th july i contact you people everyday you say same thing everyday you will get update it will be correct soon but this is your update neither you are getting it nor you are processing it nor you are canceling it what do you want.Many of my friends are registered on this site.When they put a small widrawal amount, they got it in one or two hours and I have a bigger amount, so they are not giving widrawal .It took 20 days to process a withdrawl, I am looking for a very good site, but yours takes so much time because the amount is big, so
