Ignoring me after successful verification

I tried to withdraw my winnings from the BC.Game website but received a “Permission denied” error, after which I contacted support and they told me to go through KYC verification.

I did this and received a message that the verification was successful.

However, I was still unable to withdraw funds after that. Now it won't even let me into my account.
