I was repeatedly promised specific timeframes for resolution, including assurances that it would be completed within 4-5 hours on several occasions. However, each timeframe has passed without any progress, and my inquiries have been met with vague or unhelpful responses.
Furthermore, the communication from the support team has been extremely poor. I was told that a supervisor would contact me to resolve the matter, but this never happened. My questions continue to go unanswered, and I am left in the dark about the status of my funds.
