I got Permission Denied for 25 days

Dear BC Game, I waited 4 weeks to make this complaint. I tried every way to contact support and they always gave me standard answers and told me to wait day by day...

The problem started when I went to make a deposit of 1099 usdt and win more than 3000 usdt and I realized I couldn't withdraw. 24 hours passed and it was denied, after that, I could no longer make any withdrawals, so I couldn't tip, making rain, and drop.... (at this time my level is VIP 23)

The live support told me kyc was normal and kyc advanced, and I did it.

After that one from support was able to resolve it, they asked me to send an email to [email protected] with the username, email, txid, IP address, and device. And again standard answer without resolution. I have sent an email as they said 8 days don't have a reply from BC support.

I kept playing BC Game while waiting, and now my level got SVIP 9, and I got mute for no reason. So I don't have VIP host too

I have KYC verified, no referral, no multi accounts, and I play every day when I my level Vip23 until Svip9, in that 4 week I bet more than 25 million usdt and won more than 240 thousand usdt now. I never broke any rules, certainly, got bad mood to hear that...it was terrible.

Note: My mail kyc from Bc Game and Binance are the same mail, and I make deposits from my Binance account.

I have always praised BC Games in groups and argued with anyone who spoke negatively about BC and I have this frustrating surprise.
