Deposited 200 cad with bonus claimed. Money was debited in my bank account. Received confirmation deposit from thrid party who facilitated payment but money was not deposited in my bc game account balance. Asked help to live support and followed instruction to file a complaint in regards to the transaction . Filed complaint with ticket# issued,waited for a day .then checked Complaint status but it says appeal failed. Provided every proof even confirmation from bank and third party payment processing. Support cant provide reliable information or help with the case. Thats why i decided to escalate the issue in here. Thank you for assistance in advance.

And also, when i did the deposit. I did it from your website and got redirected to astropay. I cant log in to astropay now it says sccount was suspended.
