I deposited 5000 php last October 15, 2024, but it did not reflect in my account.
I already contacted my bank and after reviewing the transaction, they found that the transfer was successful as it was already deducted from my account.
I tried to patiently wait for the deposit and even submitted multiple appeals in the live chat of their website but always get the same response that they did not receive my deposit.
