I'm waiting over 72hr for my deposit from 16.06. Today after next contact with live support agent respond me again

"apologies for the delay, there are no updates yet on your ticket as our team is currently working on it.

Kindly wait for 24 to 72 Hours, your patience is highly appreciated."

Kindly note that the player's registered username and email with your casino could be found within the notification email sent by our complaint system automatically. To avoid losing time, however, we have just sent these manually in a private message.

Please confirm you have received the requested data and keep in mind that in case you fail to respond within the given timeframe we will consider your case unresolved and it will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

We sincerely apologize for the considerable delay experienced. We encountered a some issue with the bnb contract, which required an extended period to resolve due to the occurrence of holidays. We recognize that this delay is not ideal and fully comprehend the frustration it may have caused.
