My first 4 deposits take some time to arrive (up to 30 mins), but this one takes 2+ hours.

On bscscan, you can see there are 5 deposits.

But on my bc.game account transaction history the last one (120 USDT) didn't show. Even after two hours, customer service has not responded.

Just when I want to take a screenshot of my transaction history, the bc.game website seems to be at maintenance, it says: "Error: Oops! We lost your network, Please have a check!". (Or "Error: Service error")

Also I can't remember my account name so I just wrote my email address (The website is down, I can't check it at this moment), my nickname is a bunch of random letters.

Hi, The site is working fine at our end i would suggest checking from different browser or different device. And i would like you to provide me a correct transaction id so we can check regarding your deposit as the link of bscscan provided by you is incorrect. Also i would require you to provide with your registered email address or user id to help you further with this.

Please confirm you have received the requested data and keep in mind that in case you fail to respond within the given timeframe we will consider your case unresolved and it will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

Earlier today it got credited, guess the wallet issue might be solved.
So I guess this can be closed and marked as solved.

Thank you for confirming. Sometimes it can take deposits to credit in few hours due to congestion in the blockchain. You can always use our telegram chat for help if live support is busy. @askgamblers can you please mark it as resolved, thank you!
