I deposit and play at BC.Game. All ok. Then suddenly they freeze my account with balance $24,800 and request KYC. I send the documents, they are approved - but BC.Game do not enable withdrawals. Then they request a selfie. I send it, they accept it. But BC.Game do not enable withdrawals. They request a special video. I make and send it, they confirm they have received it. Still BC.Game do not enable withdrawals for my account. Each time they waste many days before replying and ignore my emails to support. Please help with these endless delays at BC.Game casino.
