Casino Battle results and payout

Despite my numerous attempts to seek information about the results and the subsequent payout, I have received no helpful response from any of the channels I have reached out to.

On June 3rd 2023 the Casino Battle Prize $5,000 challenge came to a close. As an enthusiastic participant in the challenge, I was eagerly looking forward to the announcement of the winners and the subsequent payout. However, it has now been two days since the contest ended, and I have not been able to find any posting of the results on your website or any other platform.

In my pursuit of clarification, I have made direct contact with my VIP representative and the support team. Additionally, I took the initiative to inquire about the situation on the forums. Regrettably, my efforts have yielded no fruitful outcome. It is disheartening to note that even after more than 24 hours of continuous inquiry, I have not received any assistance or updates on the whereabouts of the contest results or the distribution of the prize money.

I find it necessary to highlight that the lack of transparency and support exhibited thus far has severely tarnished my confidence in BC Game as a reputable online casino platform. As a loyal customer who has enjoyed the services provided by BC Game in the past, I am disappointed by this recent experience.

That is interesting Sam. I appreciate the communication, however I'm unable to locate the terms you screenshotted. Here is a screenshot from the promotion page itself (https­://­bc.g­am­e/p­rom­oti­on/22) that says "Payouts will be distributed after the event is finished. Please note that it could take up to 72 hours after the completion of the event." and there is 0 mention of 7 days anywhere on that page. I am grateful for the response though from you and it seems inaccurate information to what is posted on the promotion page itself. What is the best way to contact you directly Sam, as the customer service chat on bc.game is abysmal in their providing anything of much use?
