BC Game not letting me withdraw my funds

Hi, I am unable to withdraw from my account.

I get the message:

"Your withdrawal and tip permission have been suspended. If you have any questions, please contact us."

I have contacted support multiple times and they do not help at all. I try to KYC verify and it gives me an error every time I try to do it on my mobile device even though I am way over the age of 21.

I had no problem withdrawing in the past.

I am able to deposit and play games but am unable to take anything out.

I am VIP 22.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

As mentioned earlier, the user has requested temporary self-exclusion. To reopen the account, they simply need to send an email to our support ([email protected]) from their registered email address. We may ask some security questions for authentication purposes. Once verified, the user can resume using their account, including withdrawal operations.
