I was playing on BC.Game for a couple of hours and when I withdrew the money, a while after my account was locked with “Error 4001: Account Verification Required”.
I have already verified my account before and I have 2 2-factor authentication. I have been playing with them for the past 3-4 years and never had any issues. But this time they just locked my account. I have not violated any terms & conditions.
I have emailed the support with details such as my username, and deposit proof including TXID but have not received any reply.
I checked on Trustpilot, Reddit & other forums and lately, everyone has been having the same issue.
I am really worried about my funds.
