Account currently locked and no response in email
I have over 4000 USDT in my account. I tried entering my account to gamble and I was logged out and got the following error: "Error 4001: Account verification required"
My account was already fully verified and I had no previous issues.
Live chat support sent me the following message:
"Kindly send an e-mail to [email protected] together with the following information:
Subject: Account at Risk request for unlock
1. BCGame Username
2. Registered Email Address
3. One Deposit Transaction (TXID)
4. Commonly used IP Address
5. Commonly used device
Note - the email must be sent from the email address registered to your BCGame account

I sent an email with all the needed information, but after over 20 days now, I still do not have a response. I keep chatting with live support and they keep telling me to insist so that they see it, but I am never given the account unlock.
