Account at Risk no answer from support
I won some money (~700$) in POL ex MATIC, when I go to withdraw tab I just see info about suspended withdrawals. Later that day, when I tried to login I got error about risk account. I wrote to live chat support, they want me to send an e-mail with answer to this:
Kindly send an e-mail to [email protected] together with the following information:
Subject: Account at Risk request for unlock
1. BCGame Username
2. Registered Email Address
3. One Deposit Transaction (TXID)
4. Commonly used IP Address
5. Commonly used device
Note - the email must be sent from the email address registered to your BCGame account
Please be patient, it could take up to 1 Week for the email team to respond. Thank you!
I send email with all needed information, however - support is no responding. First mail i send at 28.09.2024 so its more than they said. I write couple more emails but its deadly silence from support. On the live chat they always want me do send an e-mail blah blah blah. Maybe i can reach to them with your help.
