2FA reset request issue

Hi, I hope there is someone who could help me here regards to my problem with BC.Game. I requested 2FA Reset for my account back in 12 of March and i received reply from one of the support 17 March asked for screenshots of proof of my payment which is already provided from the veru beginning that i sent the request, so i resent the extra details they asked me on 18th and now its already 3rd of April and i still havent got any reply from them. I dont know whats going on? Can somebody help me pls.

Ok. Its been a month since i communicated with the support for my 2FA reset request and i still havent got any resolution. They said that they will get back to me as soon as possible after i verified my KYC and send some proof. I hope this will be taken cared off asap!
