Hi! Please help me to get my money batery is holding. They previously said that it's already done but when I shared my bank statement with them, they are not replying. I only got only 3100 rupees withdrawal which I made after the one in concern. I'm attaching my raised requests and conversion screenshots, please check and take some action so that I can get my money. Please let me know if I should send you my bank statement as well.

I have got a response from you in my request but it's the same thing you were saying 10 days back that we are looking into your issue and sent a letter to the payment provider and they will be responding in 5 business days. It's already Been more than a week but your provider doesn't reply. Now you are saying that it will be taking some more time and you won't be able to speed it up.
I request Askgamblers to check with batery and ask them to speed the process up and I will request batery also to ask their payment provider to resolve this issue on priority as it's been more than 16 days since I'm struggling to get my money in my bank account.
I hope this will be resolved as soon as possible 🙏
