Not verifying my account since long time

I have withdrawn Rs.4250/- on Oct 1st the status has been marked completed successful but I am not credited to bank account yet

In the request ticket raised I have submitted my bank statement also as requested

It’s been more than a week they have responded

Pls look into the same and resolve the issue at the earliest I have uploaded the screen shots of the request ticket for reference

I have made 3 withdrawal (1) for Rs 15000, (2) for Rs 11500 and (3) for Rs 9500, all of them was mark as completed on same day but none of them were credited into my bank account.

So I have requested query request on platform, and they replied me to wait for 72 hours to reflect money into bank account.

So I did wait patiently 72 hours. After 72 hours I again created request and ask them why money still not credited into my bank account so they asked for bank statement and I provided them. Now they ask to wait for 3 hours to reply, I again wait and after deadline passed I asked for reply and now they are saying me to wait again for 3 days just to get reply that what's happening with my money.

So I request askgambler team to please help me in this matter as they are not replying or resolving matter in timely manner.

BateryBet has repeatedly closed my support requests without giving me the basic transaction data required to trace my missing funds. Below is the breakdown of the three consecutive tickets they shut down:

1. Ticket #26615074 (Opened 6th Oct): I raised a query because the status showed "Completed," but the money wasn't in my bank. Support initially gave a 3-hour timeline, which they later changed to 72 hours, instructing me to wait patiently.

2. Ticket #26641348 (Opened 7th Oct): I requested the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number or Bank Transaction ID. Since I am expecting a total payout of INR 15,000 split across three separate merchant accounts from different sources, I explicitly told them I needed the UTR and the Merchant Sender Name to identify this transaction. They ignored my request entirely, copy-pasted the 72-hour template, and marked the ticket as RESOLVED.

3. Ticket #26658184 (Opened 8th Oct): I opened a fresh ticket protesting their unfair closure of my previous request and demanded the financial tracking details again. Once more, they slapped the exact same automated bot reply onto the chat and forcefully closed the ticket as RESOLVED.

The maximum 72-hour banking window insisted upon by the casino administration has now officially expired, and no funds have been credited to my bank account.

By marking active, unresolved financial disputes as "Resolved," BateryBet is deliberately manipulating its customer service metrics and blocking me from getting human assistance. If a payout is genuinely "Successful" and "Completed" on a casino's backend, the system instantly generates a UTR or reference number. BateryBet’s total refusal to share this basic legal tracking data indicates that the funds were either never successfully dispatched by their gateway or are stuck in a failed loop.

I request the AskGamblers team to intervene immediately and hold BateryBet Casino accountable for these deceptive support practices. I demand that BateryBet:

1. Provide the official UTR Number and the Processing Merchant’s Name for Operation ID: 12649044956-0610 so my bank can trace it.

2. If they cannot provide a valid UTR number, they must acknowledge the payout failure, recredit the INR 15,000 back to my casino balance, and allow manual processing.

3. Stop the unfair practice of closing active user complaints before they are settled.

I have attached screenshots of my bank statements from October 6th to the present day showing zero credit, along with screenshots of all three closed chat transcripts as evidence.

Instead of updating or resolving my issue, BateryBet has completely cut off my communication channels:

1. Support Chat Restriction: The casino administration has explicitly blocked my ability to type or send messages inside the active dispute ticket (#26188453). The portal displays a "Message Restricted" status, preventing me from asking for any updates.
2. Email Avoidance: When I reply to their support emails with the requested video proof, the email team deflects by stating: "We only look into gaming-related issues. For payment-related issues, please follow up inside your active support request portal."

This is a deliberate and predatory tactic. The email team instructs me to use the support request ticket, while the administration has deliberately restricted the ticket interface so I cannot speak. They are holding my hard-earned INR 3,000 while denying my consumer right to communicate.

Requested Outcome. I request the AskGamblers team to forcefully intervene and compel BateryBet Casino to:

1. Immediately remove the messaging restrictions on my account so I can communicate with support.
2. Credit the INR 3,000 to my gaming wallet or process a manual refund to my bank, as I have already provided irrefutable bank statements and video verifications.

I have attached screenshots of the successful debit transaction, the casino's ticket timeline, and the "Message Restricted" error screen as absolute proof of their evasion.

Batery bet verification problem. I submitted all documents but no any response. My Gaming ID 84260273. Please help me, no any response by admin. Dear team, I deposited 15000 INR on 17th September, but it was not credited to my account. They said it would take 3 hours and then 3 days. It's been 10 days and there is no response from the team. I also sent an email, but there is no response from them. Kindly need your help to resolve this. There has been no communication from their end. I created another request and they closed it, stating that I have to follow up on the previous request.
