Batery Bet Is the Worst Company in India in My Opinion – A Company I Believe Is Dishonest, Untrustworthy, and Fraudulent!
In my personal experience, Batery Bet is a completely dishonest and untrustworthy company. I deposited ₹500 into my account, played the game, and won ₹1,500. However, instead of allowing me to withdraw my winnings, Batery Bet blocked my account.
When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, they asked me to submit a large number of personal documents, including:
- A live selfie
- An Aadhaar card
- An Aadhaar card holding selfie
- A selfie holding a white paper with the date mentioned on it
- And several other personal documents
They collected so many documents from me that I have never seen any other company ask for so much personal information. Honestly, this made me wonder whether Batery Bet is actually a betting company or simply a company that collects people's personal data.
Even after submitting all the documents they requested, the company has still not unlocked my account. It is also not allowing me to withdraw my remaining balance and winnings.
Whenever I contact them, they simply tell me to “Please wait.” They keep asking me to wait, but my account remains blocked, and I still cannot withdraw my money.
After submitting so many personal documents, I expected the company to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, nothing has been resolved so far.
Therefore, based on my personal experience, I believe Batery Bet is not a trustworthy betting company. Its actions have made me seriously question its honesty and credibility. In my opinion, this company is behaving like a fraudulent and deceitful operation.
I deposited my hard-earned money, played the game, won money, submitted the documents they demanded, and still cannot access my account or withdraw my balance.
My question is simple: If a customer deposits money, plays a game, and submits all the required verification documents, why is the company still blocking the account and refusing to release the balance?
I want my account to be unlocked and my money to be made available for withdrawal. I am sharing my experience so that other people can be careful before depositing their hard-earned money into Batery Bet.
