My account ID is 63255033.

I raised 8 withdrawal requests on 22nd May 2025, and the total amount is Rs 11571. Still withdrawal is in processing

I raised a complaint, but nobody helped me.

Today is 28th May, I have still not received my amount.

Please help me.

There is no customer support on this platform. There is no support via mail, and there is no call option either. I don't understand what to do. This money is the result of my hard work,

Please give me my money.

These people are lying. What problem has occurred that they are unable to solve? It has been 12 days and I have not received my withdrawal yet. Every time they just say that they have sent a letter to the provider but they are not solving the problem. I want my money, I cannot wait any longer. I want the exact time when my payment will come. I do not care about your provider. The withdrawal time is too late. You just give me my payment.i want my payment on priority basis

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
