Withdrawals disabled without notice, no response from support

I am filing this complaint against Batery Bet regarding the unjustified disabling of the withdrawal function in my account.

My name is < personal name removed >, and my account number on the platform is < sent to the casino >. I had a balance of ₹151,605.98 in my account. On attempting to withdraw the funds, I was suddenly shown a message that said: “This section is temporarily unavailable. Withdrawals unavailable. Please contact our Customer Support Team.”

No prior notice was given before disabling the withdrawal feature.

Following this, the support team requested that I provide personal documents. I complied and submitted all requested documentation promptly. Despite this, I have not received any further updates, and no one from Batery Bet has responded to my follow-up messages.

I have attached multiple screenshots to prove:

My account balance.

The disabled withdrawal screen.

My verified personal data.

My communication history with the support team.

This experience has caused me significant distress and financial concern. I request AskGamblers to assist in escalating this matter and holding Batery Bet accountable. I also seek immediate reactivation of the withdrawal function and release of my funds without any further delay.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by BateryBet Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill the complaint because you is suspected of breaking our company's rules and of potential fraudulent activity. In the bank statement that you provided we found out that it is identical to a statement provided by user 61185669 except for the names and account numbers in them. This fact gives us reason to believe that you own more than one account on our platform and that one of the documents or even both of them have been forged. From our side this is viewed as a fraudulent activity that can undermine our company's security.

Thus, the complaint cannot be fulfilled due breaking of article 4.5 of the Terms and Conditions "Each User can have only one account. Registered Users cannot re-register as a new client with a new name or a new email address. In case of violation of this rule, the company has the right to void all bets made by the User." and rule 2.3 of the Rules " If fraudulent actions are determined, as per the Agreement on Winnings related to Bets/Interactive Bets, withdrawing winnings, choosing Bets and using forged documents, the Betting Organiser has the right to stop such actions...".

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
