Withdrawals disabled without notice, no response from support
I am filing this complaint against Batery Bet regarding the unjustified disabling of the withdrawal function in my account.
My name is < personal name removed >, and my account number on the platform is < sent to the casino >. I had a balance of ₹151,605.98 in my account. On attempting to withdraw the funds, I was suddenly shown a message that said: “This section is temporarily unavailable. Withdrawals unavailable. Please contact our Customer Support Team.”
No prior notice was given before disabling the withdrawal feature.
Following this, the support team requested that I provide personal documents. I complied and submitted all requested documentation promptly. Despite this, I have not received any further updates, and no one from Batery Bet has responded to my follow-up messages.
I have attached multiple screenshots to prove:
My account balance.
The disabled withdrawal screen.
My verified personal data.
My communication history with the support team.
This experience has caused me significant distress and financial concern. I request AskGamblers to assist in escalating this matter and holding Batery Bet accountable. I also seek immediate reactivation of the withdrawal function and release of my funds without any further delay.
