Hello Team,

I have not been able to perform any activity on my Batery Bet account for 4 days and I have been asked to go through verification for which I submitted the set of documents asked - Selfie with ID, ID Card with Administration Chat, ID Card. I have been asked to wait for 72 hours and that has been passed now and I have not seen any confirmation on verification. As per company's policy, verification must be completed within 72 hours and I thought that it would be completed earlier as well.

Now, Today Batery Bet administrator team came up with set of documents again - Aadhar Card, Selfie with UPI app, etc. which I have submitted and that has been accepted. Again I have been asked to wait more 48 hours. Seeing various complaints, I am very afraid regarding my hard earned money. When I deposited same amount of money everything was fine, at time of withdrawal and playing bet, account was restricted.

It's been 4 days and now additional 48 hours, I am very tensed and need an urgent help. Why this much time is required for verification, I am all OK for all kind of verification but this much of delay is not good for a customer.

Please help me to escalate this issue and help me on resolution.

I shall be highly obliged.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Withdrawal ID: 12444694867

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
