Withdrawal successfull but not received in bank for a week

Helo askgamblers, one day I tried to withdraw my money from batery bet and after sometime it showed successful but when I checked my bank account, I didn't receive any amount . I have checking my bank account for almost a week and still no withdrawal received. I complained in batery bet and attached my bank statement to prove that I haven't gotten my withdrawal ,but my request is getting ignored and i tried mailing, no solution there too. Please help me get my withdrawal.

Money received, my case is solved now . And I have a thing to say that don't keep customers money for this much time , you should have double checking whether the payment is made by your payment provider or not , it is not just you can mark it completed without even making the payment and make a person wait for many days .

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
