Withdrawal successful but not received in bank


Hello askgambler team I'm asking from help to get my withdrawal from baterbet casino today on 16th February I requested for a withdrawal of 20000 inr after waiting 2-3 minutes it showed me that my withdrawal is successful after that when I checked my bank account I have seen no amount is received from their side. I have also created a request to their admin no response received yet I want to help me to get my withdrawal, it still showing successful but I have not received any money in my account thanks
