Subject:Request for Assistance Regarding BateryBet Account Restriction (ID: 35527789)

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my BateryBet account (ID: 35527789).
my account has been restricted, and I am unable to access both the deposit and withdrawal sections. Whenever I try to use these features, it shows that the section is temporarily unavailable.

I have already submitted multiple requests to BateryBet support, but unfortunately, I have not received any proper response or clear explanation regarding this issue. This situation is causing me a lot of inconvenience and concern, as I am unable to manage my funds.
I kindly request you to help me connect with the BateryBet team or escalate this matter so that my issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that BateryBet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. This is a very worst and scam website. Don’t invest your hard-earned money here. They always have several reasons to not give money, and they have their own rules to take money from Indian users .
Believe me, if you lose money in betting, it will not hurt you that much. It hurts more when this type of scammer website takes your money.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that you cannot proove your credentials we cannot complete your verification process due to rule 4.4 "The Company reserves the right to block the accounts of Users who have reported false data, as well as to deny them the payment of any winnings..."

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Withdrawal ID: 12444694867

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
