Hello AskGamblers.

I found this website recently as it had an ad on the internet and decided to give it a try.

The gameplay and options are great. Many sports are offered on the website as well, so that's another plus, as I bet on sports and also play Casino. I lost a deposit with no issues, i re deposites and ended up winning a few sports bets and having a good run in blackjack, so I decided to place a withdrawal. To my surprise, the withdrawal page is completely suspended. It said to contact customer support. So I did; it took them a quick 30 mins to say that I needed to verify my account, standard... no problem.

I sent the required data and was told it would be 10 minutes to 3 days. 3 days have passed, nothing; I get the same generic copy-pasted responses, and I still can't withdraw any money from this website. It's a bit sad they do this to a new customer who uses the casino, as it sure looks a bit bizarre. I was only going to withdraw a part of the winnings, but now they really have me second-guessing. I dont have the confidence to deposit and keep wagering because this is a bit weird in 2026. Most sites verify and pay in minutes.

They are withholding my money here, and I have no idea why.

I'm a great client for them to have, but I need to at least see them pay out before I keep playing. Too many horror stories now.

Hello , i have been fully verified and they have started processing my withdrawals. I appreciate the work from both sides , all should go smoothly from here.

The full amount is 5500 cad. I have a withdraw amount 1000 a day which is okay , i will place it all over 6 days. All is ok for now. I will keep using batery as they have surprised me and have started to process payouts.

I have initiated a withdrawal from baterybet of 10332 amount on 4th September 09:36am and it's been more than 48 hours it's showing in processing stage and I haven't received my funds in the bank account.

I am really worried and I am frustrated as well. I even raised a complaint to the customer service but there is no response at all and no progress as well. I am really sad.

I would request you to give the update and please resolve my issue. Please provide my funds in my bank account. I am really frustrated.

I have repeatedly contacted BateryBet live support and submitted official bank statements and transaction receipts showing successful debits and valid 12-digit UTR numbers. Support has only provided automated responses stating that the transactions are "under review with the payment aggregator," but no progress has been made.

I request AskGamblers to intervene so that BateryBet management will:

Locate and credit the ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 deposits to my player wallet (or reverse the funds back to the originating bank accounts if they cannot credit them).

Approve and release the pending ₹30,000 withdrawal to my verified payout method.

I have attached clear bank statements in PDF format along with transaction receipts confirming all UTR numbers and timestamps

No response and verification delay for long time

Hello Ask Gambler,

I sincerely need your help with my ongoing issue with BateryBet.

First, I was asked to submit my photo ID and a selfie holding a piece of paper with the current date. I submitted everything as requested, and BateryBet asked me to wait 72 hours.

I waited the full 72 hours, hoping that my verification would finally be completed and that I would be able to withdraw my funds and use my account with my new updated phone number.

However, after those 72 hours passed, they requested additional documents. Again, I fully cooperated and submitted a selfie with my UPI application, my latest electricity bill, and my ID card. After submitting everything, I was once again told to wait another 48 hours.

Now, the additional 48 hours have also completely passed. Which was passed away 2 days before.

Now I am not getting any reply from them and they are also not responding to me.

I have already waited long enough and honestly cannot keep waiting without any clear response. The situation has become extremely stressful for me because my verification is still pending, my new phone number has not been updated, and I am unable to properly use my account or withdraw my funds.

Please ask Gambler help me.

I have deposited 5000rs on date 19th Aug 2026, which is not credited yet to my gaming account, i have created complaint request through app but they said wait for 3 days, after 3 days when i followup they are giving same repeated answer that we have forwarded request to our provider and waiting for them to answer,

They are just passing the ball to eachother and not giving any satisfactory answer,

They do not have any email to communicate, when i send email which is mentioned on website to complaint, i got reply that this email is only for technical support not for deposit and withdrawal questions, this is how they are replying i mean they do not have any proper communication way, they have inbuilt system in app from where we can file complaint but we can not take followup on that and we need to wait for answer for infinite days,

BateryBetCasino - Delayed payments and verification issues

I am submitting this complaint regarding two unresolved payment issues with the operator.

1. ₹7,000 withdrawal not received

On 1 July 2026, I made a ₹7,000 withdrawal, which is showing as “Completed”, but the money was never credited to my bank account.

I reported this to the operator on 8 July 2026 and provided my bank statement as proof. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have only been asked to wait, and no resolution or proof of payment has been provided. It has now been more than a month since I first reported the issue, and the payment is still missing.

2. ₹10,026 withdrawal blocked

I also have ₹10,026 in my account that I am unable to withdraw. The operator continues to request verification, even though I have already completed the verification process and submitted all requested documents.

I have fully cooperated with the operator and provided the requested bank statement and verification documents. However, after repeated follow-ups, both issues remain unresolved as of 18 August 2026.

I am therefore requesting AskGamblers assistance in reviewing the evidence and helping me recover my funds.
