Furthermore, the casino has now completely cut off my communication channels after stalling for days. The funds were instantly debited from my bank account, but my casino balance remained at zero. Initial Support Request: I immediately raised a support request and provided my transaction proof. The support team told me to wait up to 3 hours for the transaction to process. The Second Delay: After 3 hours passed with no update, I contacted them again. This time, the timeline was drastically changed, and I was told to wait 3 business days for a manual review. No Response & Support Block: Once the 3 business days expired, I reached out to follow up on my missing money. The platform completely ignored my queries, gave zero updates, and has now blocked or restricted my ability to send messages through their customer support portal. Description of the Issue: Battery Bet has accepted my money from the banking gateway but is refusing to credit it to my account. They have given me an endless runaround of changing timelines (3 hours to 3 business days) only to completely ignore me and shut down my support chat features once those deadlines passed. This behavior is highly predatory. It prevents me from playing with my funds or withdrawing my money, and leaves me with no internal way to contact the platform. I have attached my bank transaction receipt showing the exact timestamp, amount, and the unique UPI Reference / UTR ID for this payment as irrefutable evidence. My deposit has not been received. Once 2000 and once 5000. It's been over a week, and still no deposit is credited to my account. Have messaged so many times, yet they keep telling me to wait. Have mailed too at support but still asking me to wait. Long long?. Always money is missing from baterybet. Kindly please resolve this issue. I am tired.

I am frustrated due to their worst services because after submitting bank statement, they haven't returned my funds since 4 days. This is not good enough.

I’m writing this complaint as I raised a withdrawal request on 6th July of ₹12000. It’s been three days it still shows processing. I’ve been contacting the support creating requests and sending mails but all I get are automated messages from the team. I don’t know what’s going on. Seeing all the reviews posted on this site seems like a scam. At first they told me to wait for 72 hours. It’s been more than that but no response, also no amount received. Please help me, here are attached proofs of the payment.

I had submitted multiple withdrawals with Batery Casino; they have marked the same as completed. But the amount has not reached my bank account. I have raised the requests with them, but they are neither responding nor solving my issue.

I have also shared the bank statement with them, but they are not budging at all.
