Hello batery bet and ask gamblers ny user id< sent to the casino >. I withdrawl 26 th March 27800 but my withdrawal not credited to my Bank account help me sir I created request to admin but no any response by adminisration. 15 days plus gone i submitted bank statement but no anyone responding. Please ask gamblers team look into y matter. Please transfer my withdrawl 27800 or refund back.

My batery account id63255033.I have not received my withdrawals yet. It has been 4 days, but the status shows "Completed." Customer support is not helping me. I have already provided all the required proof, including my bank statement in PDF format, but I still have not received my money.

I’m writing this complaint as I raised a withdrawal request on 6th July of ₹12000. It’s been three days it still shows processing. I’ve been contacting the support creating requests and sending mails but all I get are automated messages from the team. I don’t know what’s going on. Seeing all the reviews posted on this site seems like a scam. At first they told me to wait for 72 hours. It’s been more than that but no response, also no amount received. I request the Battery Bet app to credit the funds to my gaming account immediately; otherwise, I will file complaints on every available grievance platform.
