Withdrawal not received after 7 days


I have placed 2 withdrawals

1- Inr 50000 withdrawal no-12453373656

2- Inr 10618 withdrawal no -12453376646

Both the withdrawals were placed on 11 June 2026. Today its 18 June 2026, still the withdrawal is not recieved. I have raised the request but there is no update. Only they say they send the letter to the provider but nothing has changed yet, this has caused me total harrasment to my mental health from past 7 days I m just waiting for my withdrawal to be credited.

Withdrawal 12453376646 was also cancelled and returned to your account on 06.07.2026 at 20:58 IST.

As we can see, when the funds were returned to your wallet you successfully used them to place bets.

Withdrawal 12453373656 was cancelled and returned to your account on 01.07.2026 at 17:19 IST. Please create a new payout.

As for withdrawal 12453376646, we are still waiting for a reply from the provider and will provide with a reply as soon as possible.

Also as we can see, your account 73308449 was temporarly blocked because you had reported that it had been hacked but now it is open and secured.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
