Dear Askgamblers / Batery bet,

I am writing to inform you that my withdrawal has been delayed for the past week, resulting in my daily withdrawal limit being stucked and preventing me from participating in games on the batery bet site. I kindly ask for your assistance in processing my withdrawal and unfreezing the daily withdrawal request, as it has been pending for an extended period of time due to a technical error. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Despite the time frame of 3 hours to 2 days that was initially provided for each request on batery bet, the issue persists after a week with no progress made. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Today, I requested a withdrawal and the application indicates that it has been processed and completed, but the funds have not been credited to my bank account yet. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. I kindly ask that you investigate this matter and resolve the issue promptly.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
