Withdrawal is pending from last 18 days

Dear Askgamblers Team,


My account Id is 67058840. I want to register a complaint against batery bet casino regarding not completing my withdrawal from last 18 days and continuously telling lies and stretching the issue.

So let me start with the concern. On 12th July I requested a withdrawal of Rs 25000 with transaction Id No 11913678035. After few hours on the app it was showing completed but I did not receive the amount. So when I created a request for missing withdrawal they told me to wait for 72 hours. I did and after that they told me to submit my bank statement which I also submitted. Then they told me they are sending my request to the provider and wait for sometime.

Time passed by and they not replied for many days and then one day they told me that my withdrawal was completed and gave me some imaginary utr number. I confirmed with my bank branch but never received the amount. They have already wasted my 19 days and counting and telling me lies one after another. I have already lost my patience and now you are my only hope lest.

I have all the evidence to prove that I have not received the amount till date and I also attaching my bank statement from 12th July till date as proof. Also attaching the screenshots of my conversation with them till date.

I request you to consider my case on priority basis and resolve this at the earliest.

Kindly close this case because there is no other option but to withdraw 1000 daily as I don’t understand the batery bet team has already restricted me from placing bets so the only thing left it is my balance left. So if they can pay me 1000 daily I don’t understand why they can’t pay me in one go.

Dear Askgamblers Team,

After a long two months of torture by batery bet team they have finally completed my verification.
But their harrasment is not over yet, now what they told me is I can not use there services anymore and that’s completely acceptable by me and told me I can withdraw my funds. But now here comes the twist I have Rs 32,481 balance in my account and I can not bet anymore so when I tried to withdraw my funds I got to know that my withdrawal limit has been revised to only 1000 Rs per day which means for my withdrawal they wants to harass me for 30-40 days more.
And even after that they are not completing even the 1000 rs withdrawal on time and is taking 2-3 days to complete it. You tell me have you ever seen such a betting company who harras their customers like this.
I only need one last favor just ask them to give my withdrawal in one go so that we can move further in our life as I don’t wanna bet on this platform anymore.
I am also attaching the screenshots as a proof.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
