I have initiated withdrawal of 4810 on 22nd Feb but till now 27th Feb no withdrawal came. At this platform it is showing that it is completed. I have also connected with the customer support team and they told me to send bank account statement multiple times I had sent my bank statement 2 times and lastly I sent my account statement on 25th Feb but from then onwards no reply came

You asked for the verification process and you asked for my ID and selfie with my ID... And 3 days later you again asking for another ID and electricity bill and selfie with my UPI... I sent you all those except electricity bill or water or gas bill because in my hometown there is not any kind of water or electricity or else's bill because electricity bill is based on recharge process we recharge and we use... And no water or gas bills come there... So how can I send that... Will you able to solve m problem or take my time unnecessarily...
