Withdrawal concern as withdrawal show successful but not received money


Hi Team,

I have made a withdrawal request for Rs. 50000/- and its been 3 days ago request got successful but money didn't received to my bank account. Can you please help me. I need my money and this is my Registered email. Please do the needful.

When I raise multiple requests I am not getting any proper response.
