Sir, I have deposited Rs. 25002 on 11 Jan 2025 time 15:32. The deposit successfully credited to my account.
Without activating any bonus I started playing casino games. I didnt feel like winning in Casino. After loosing 1k I decided to withdraw 1k from 24k balance. The operator decided to block me from withdrawing and restrict me from playing. I asked reason[request no. 14361289] they told me for verification then I submitted related documents.
After 72 hours I am still not able to withdraw or to play games. I am attaching proof of deposit and withdrawal. Sir I just wanted to withdraw what I had deposited. No bonus was used.

I really appreciate your help. You helped me to withdraw my funds from baterybet and also after your intervention they realized that they are blocking my account unnecessarily. They did not reply immediately on their chat. They were just procrastinating. I never thought that my account will be blocked on the first day itself. When I gave the documents on the first day they did not tell me that you are giving documents of wrong name. When I gave all the documents then they said that the name is wrong in the battery account profile after 15 days and saying that your account has been blocked now and nothing can be done. The askgambler team intervened in this case and got my withdrawal unlocked and I was able to withdraw my deposited money. Also I want to tell that I had heard a lot of praises about Batterybet but their new team has started harassing people unnecessarily, blocking someone's account at any time is a big headache, people mostly lose in gambling and on top of that if someone's account gets blocked then where should that poor person go. askgambler team is a god where everyone is heard. I give all the credit to you guys for helping me. Thank you with folded hands. Also I would like to tell the baterybet team to be a little reliable and remove such strict and unnecessary checks after anyone deposited or you can at the time of registration implement that registration will be done with the ID!
My baterybet account is yet restricted but i have withdraw my deposited amount. Baterybet team you have verified my account, I want to continue with you kindly unrestrict me from placing bets.
