Withdrawal blocked and Verification delayed from 75 days

I want to raise a consern about this casino it's almost 75 days now. I made a withdrawal of 125600 INR rupees on 24 Feb 2026. It's almost 2 months now they have blocked my withdrawal is settings from verification issue they asked me for my documents. I provided them they told me to wait 72 hours for the result of verification. Now it's almost 2 months they have stopped replying to my message and also they have blocked my chat. Please help and one more thing now my balance show only 2600 rupees they have removed my 10000 INR from my account I have provided all the proofs in the attachment.

Withdrawal option has now been opened for me but what about by 10000 rupees which was suddenly deducted from my account without my concerned I am still not satisfied from the at the time when my account was restricted the balance was 12000 approx now it is left with 2600 only the other 10000 was removed for my account please tell me why it was removed

My batery account id63255033.I have not received my withdrawals yet. It has been 4 days, but the status shows "Completed." Customer support is not helping me. I have already provided all the required proof, including my bank statement in PDF format, but I still have not received my money.

I’m writing this complaint as I raised a withdrawal request on 6th July of ₹12000. It’s been three days it still shows processing. I’ve been contacting the support creating requests and sending mails but all I get are automated messages from the team. I don’t know what’s going on.
