Dear sir ,
I made withdrawal request 10500 on December 14 th 2025. In the app withdrawal is completed on December 16th 2025 . Today is 16 th January 2026 Already passed 1 month still my amount is not credited to my account. I already submitted statement from 16th December 2025 to until 31st December 2025 .they are not accept and they are not return back to my amounts . Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I already send the screenshot of my payment. I don't have access to check my statement online .i have only passbook. That one i send already. Please check with provider if money is not credited to my bank account it will return back to provider side ...
