Withdrawal amount is not Received

Hello, ASKGAMBLER

I tried to withdraw my INR 5000 from BateryBet account on 9th JULY 2025, after sometime it shows as "completed" and withdrawal amount has been successfully withdrawn. When I checked my bank account, I didn't receive amount of 5000 from BateryBet. I have been checking my bank account for almost a month but still no withdrawal is received till date. I made a complaint request to BateryBet and attached my bank Statement to prove that I haven't received any withdrawal amount, but my request is continually ignored. I request ASKGAMBLER team to look into this matter & kindly ask them to resolve it.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
