On Feb 2nd, I played Baterybet casino in that I played 3 magic lamps game, and I won 160000 one lakh sixty thousand.

So I withdrew 30000rs at 6.45 pm And 30000rs at 6.45 pm 50000rs at 6.46 pm and 50000rs at 8.19 pm.

All withdrawals were successful it shows but in my account, it's not credited.

I waited till morning and it wasn't received so I asked the admin. He asked for the bank statement. I sent it and he asked me for a full statement, so from 1 to Feb 3 I sent it,

Then told me to wait now there is no response from them.

I messaged in the mail also they said to wait and they would revert but no response.

I'm literally scared of my winning amount pls I need my money..... Pls give me a solution to this and resolve my problem... I attached all the details

Today is date 5th of their 72 hours done

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding two withdrawals that were marked as successful on their platform but were never received in my bank account.

Both withdrawals were processed and later marked as "successful" by BateryBet. However, the funds have never arrived in my bank account.

I contacted BateryBet support immediately after noticing the issue. They informed me that I should wait up to 72 hours for the funds to reflect in my bank account. I followed their instructions and waited the full period.

Now, more than 72 hours have passed, and neither of the withdrawals has been credited to my bank account. I have contacted support again, but the issue remains unresolved.

I am attaching my bank statements as proof that these transactions were never received. I request AskGamblers to assist in obtaining either:

The successful credit of both withdrawals to my bank account, or
A refund of the total amount of ₹2,010 back to my BateryBet account.

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.

I am facing an issue with Battery Bet Casino regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my casino account.

Its been 4 days and still not credited.

On **28 May 2026 at 3:01 PM**, I successfully transferred **₹11,000** via UPI to the payment account provided by the casino. The transaction was completed successfully according to my bank and Google Pay records.

But after the successful payment when I proceeded to put the UTR but was not able to put the UTR because the page got refreshed and after this incident I contacted the costumer care though live chat and request section still no resolution was found.

The payment was done through UPI (UPI Baterybet)

Hi team . I have deposited money 5000 on 8th April ..I have raised request but admin saying money not received. I have contacted to bank and bank confirmed money credited to beneficiary account. I am writing to report an unresolved withdrawal problem I am experiencing with Battery Bet. I won money in the casino section and requested a withdrawal of ₹12,000 via bank transfer on 13 May 2026. Although more than 10 days have passed, this amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

Battery Bet support keeps telling me that they are working on it and are waiting for a reply from their provider. At the same time, they have marked my withdrawal as “completed” on their side. To help resolve the issue, I have already provided my bank statement, which clearly shows that no such credit of ₹12,000 has been received. In addition, I have screenshots of my withdrawal requests and the current status shown in my account, which I am ready to share as supporting evidence.

I kindly request that Battery Bet immediately transfer the pending ₹12,000 to my bank account or return it to my battery wallet and provide a clear explanation for this delay, along with an apology for the inconvenience caused. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible

My account ID is 38543217. My account has been blocked and verification is pending since 3rd May 2025. Today is 15th May and it has been 12 days with no resolution. I submitted all required documents - Aadhaar Card with selfie, PAN Card, Address Proof, and UPI Profile Selfie. First they asked me to wait 72 hours, then asked for more documents, then said wait 48 hours. After that, no reply for 10 days.
