Where is my deposit of RS1000

Hello, I have made deposit of 1000 INR on 9th January 2025, at 11

30 via phonepe, utr no.231448548106, and Today is 1st Feb 2025, more than 20 day's have been passed, and my amount is not credited into my batery account and not refunded to my Bank account.

I have provided everything payment screenshot, bank statement.. but they are not responding.

I have generated the request 5 times.. everytime they said amount was unsuccessful, I have confirmed with they bank payment has been successfully paid to Aachi boiler account.

They asked me to wait for 10 working days.. but it's been 20 day's, and nobody is responding me well.

Worst app ever.. do not Play on batery i suggest!

Baterybet is Just fraud
Do not play on batery.

They are saying the exact thing I was expecting..
Deposit not received and they are asking me 3rd time to Wait 10 day's..
I have waited long enough and provided the Bank statement 3 Times.. but they are Just fraud..

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Withdrawal ID: 12444694867

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
