I was playing in battery bet.

But after some time I was unable to bet deposit withdraw.

Then I contacted battery bet.

They ask me to submit documents.

After submitting documents.

They said me to wait 72 hours.

But more than 72 hours passed away.

I am daily waiting for there reply but I am not getting reply from them .

Please help me ask gamblers.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by BateryBet Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

After having studied the information you have provided for verification and the history of correspondance between us, we found out that unfortunately you failed to comply with our requirements. Moreover, the fact that you repeatedly provided us with forged proofs of your personal data, phone number and ID in particular (it is evident that photos and PDF documents were altered using Photoshop or similar software), is considered fraudulent from our side.

According to BateryBet Rules and Terms and conditions, you have breached rule 2.3 "If fraudulent actions are determined, as per the Agreement on Winnings related to Bets/Interactive Bets, withdrawing winnings, choosing Bets and using forged documents, the Betting Organiser has the right to stop such actions and contact law enforcement with a statement about the fraudulent actions committed" and article 4.4 of Terms and Conditions "The Company reserves the right to block the accounts of Users who have reported false data, as well as to deny them the payment of any winnings..."

Additionally, repeated attempts to forge phone number verifications are an indication for us that you can be the owner of multiple accounts on our platform, which is prohibited and is a violation of article 4.5 of Terms and Conditions "Each User can have only one account. Registered Users cannot re-register as a new client with a new name or a new email address. In case of violation of this rule, the company has the right to void all bets made by the User."

Thus, based on above mentioned reasons, we are not able to fulfil this complaint.

First I am not getting reply from 1 April.
And they replied me ( which is not my id )
Now if I have to waste again my 72 hours for this I will full frustrated.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
