Verification pending for days

Dear Sir/Mam

I would like to inform I was playing games on BateryBet website where my current balance is 85,100. Later when I tried to place the bet it said betting is prohibited then I tried to withdraw some money but that withdrawal got cancelled as they said that I needed to go through a verification process which I did.

They asked me to share my ID proof photo, my selfie, and a selfie with a piece of paper in which my complete name and the date of the selfie should be written.

As per their instructions, I shared all my documents with them which they rejected 2 times after 3rd time they accepted my documents and asked me to wait 48 hours. Later after 3 days, they asked me for some more documents for further verification which I had submitted the same day. Then on 14th Sep, they told me to wait for 2 days for my verification will be done now it's been more than 12 days and I am still not able to withdraw my money and my account verification is still pending. They have even not replied for the last 11-12 days. In total, it’s been more than 3 weeks since I am facing this issue.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
