My account ID is 38543217. My account has been blocked and verification is pending since 3rd May 2025. Today is 15th May and it has been 12 days with no resolution. I submitted all required documents - Aadhaar Card with selfie, PAN Card, Address Proof, and UPI Profile Selfie. First they asked me to wait 72 hours, then asked for more documents, then said wait 48 hours. After that, no reply for 10 days. I have 12,609 INR balance in my account and I cannot access it or withdraw it. Please help me resolve this urgently.

Dear AskGamblers, my account has been blocked AGAIN by BateryBet. I had already withdrawn ₹6,000 but ₹6,500 is still remaining in my account. BateryBet unblocked my account, allowed me to withdraw only ₹1,000 per day, and then blocked it again without any reason. This is completely unacceptable. I request urgent intervention to recover my remaining ₹6,500. Account ID: 38543217, Complaint: 23099840."

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
