I used to play on batery bet. My account no on batery bet is < sent to the casino >. Last month on 3rd Feb suddenly I am unable to place Be or make withdrawals on Batery Before. I have a balnce of Rs 45000. Then when I asked the admin they told me to complete verification which I have successfully did. Now it's been close to a month neither my verification is completed nor do they reply. Kindly help me in resolving this so that I can use my account again. Also attaching the screenshots of the proof.

According to rule 3.5 of Main rules for betting "The Betting Organiser has the right to limit the maximum sum total of Bets on individual events, as well as limit or increase the maximum sum total of Bets for a particular Customer, without notice or an explanation of the reasons for doing so." https://batery-bet.in/rules
