UPI deposit of 7373 INR missing no resolution from support

On 30 June 2026 at 8:53 AM, I deposited ₹7,373 to my BatteryBet Casino account (ID: 74887091) via UPI through the CRED app. CRED confirmed the payment as PAID and my bank (DBS Bank Limited) debited the full amount, but the deposit was never credited to my casino account.

I filed two support requests (#24313419 and #24305790). BatteryBet admitted the payment was not credited but has only stalled — blaming their payment provider, promising a 3-day resolution that never happened, and repeatedly replying "we are working on your profile" with no progress.
I demand immediate credit of ₹7,373 to my account OR a full refund to my bank account within 48 hours, along with a written explanation of where my funds are held.
I request the AskGamblers Complaints Team to intervene. I have complete evidence — CRED receipt, UPI transaction record, and full support correspondence.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
