Hi,

I have deposited 108 rupees a week ago and regularly taking asking customer support to ask administration to respond on the same. Everytime I contact, I'm being told that administration have many requests/work pending so please wait and an admin can only help and they can't even make it faster, however, my raised request is pending since a week. Admins responded once before 5 days and asked me to wait for maximum 3 days and it will be resolved by the payment operator but today is the 5th day I'm not getting any response from them. You tell me, is there any casino platform who have so much of work flow that admins are stressed and unable to reply due to a huge workflow?

Moreover, I have requested a withdrawal at around 5PM yesterday and it's been 16 hours since I'm waiting for my withdrawal after raising a request and 5-6 times. I have even requested on their customer support but they can't help it and as per them Admins can only reply/process and Admins are so much busy in work that they are unable to process a withdrawal of just 1501 rupees in the last 16 hours. I want to ask you that why they have clearly mentioned on their platform that they give instant withdrawals when it's been 16 hours delays even in a small amount? I also understand that as per their timeline, a withdrawal can take upto 3 days but it happens rarely and I'm noticing that my each and every withdrawal got delayed or cancelled even for 25 hours.

My account is registered with the name (Shivam R.) and I request you to please get it resolved asap!

I have placed 2 withdrawals

Both the withdrawals were placed on 11 June 2026. Today its 18 June 2026, still the withdrawal is not recieved. I have raised the request but there is no update. Only they say they send the letter to the provider but nothing has changed yet, this has caused me total harrasment to my mental health from past 7 days I m just waiting for my withdrawal to be credited.

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding two withdrawals that were marked as successful on their platform but were never received in my bank account.

Both withdrawals were processed and later marked as "successful" by BateryBet. However, the funds have never arrived in my bank account.

I contacted BateryBet support immediately after noticing the issue. They informed me that I should wait up to 72 hours for the funds to reflect in my bank account. I followed their instructions and waited the full period.

Now, more than 72 hours have passed, and neither of the withdrawals has been credited to my bank account. I have contacted support again, but the issue remains unresolved.

I am attaching my bank statements as proof that these transactions were never received. I request AskGamblers to assist in obtaining either:

The successful credit of both withdrawals to my bank account, or
A refund of the total amount of ₹2,010 back to my BateryBet account.

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.

I am facing an issue with Battery Bet Casino regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my casino account.

Its been 4 days and still not credited.

On **28 May 2026 at 3:01 PM**, I successfully transferred **₹11,000** via UPI to the payment account provided by the casino. The transaction was completed successfully according to my bank and Google Pay records.

But after the successful payment when I proceeded to put the UTR but was not able to put the UTR because the page got refreshed and after this incident I contacted the costumer care though live chat and request section still no resolution was found.

The payment was done through UPI (UPI Baterybet)

Hi team . I have deposited money 5000 on 8th April ..I have raised request but admin saying money not received. I have contacted to bank and bank confirmed money credited to beneficiary account. I am writing to report an unresolved withdrawal problem I am experiencing with Battery Bet. I won money in the casino section and requested a withdrawal of ₹12,000 via bank transfer on 13 May 2026. Although more than 10 days have passed, this amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

Battery Bet support keeps telling me that they are working on it and are waiting for a reply from their provider. At the same time, they have marked my withdrawal as “completed” on their side. To help resolve the issue, I have already provided my bank statement, which clearly shows that no such credit of ₹12,000 has been received. In addition, I have screenshots of my withdrawal requests and the current status shown in my account, which I am ready to share as supporting evidence.

I kindly request that Battery Bet immediately transfer the pending ₹12,000 to my bank account or return it to my battery wallet and provide a clear explanation for this delay, along with an apology for the inconvenience caused. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible
