Successfully credited from upi but not deposited in my wallet


Dear Support Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a failed deposit transaction on your platform Batery-Bets.in, which has not been resolved despite multiple follow-ups.

On 4th April, I successfully made a deposit of ₹1000 from my bank account, and the amount was debited immediately. However, even after four days, the funds have not been reflected in my Batery-Bets.in account. The transaction was confirmed by my bank, and I have all relevant details and proof of payment.

Following the issue, I raised a support ticket on your platform, expecting a quick response and resolution. Unfortunately, as of 8th April, there has been no update or acknowledgement from your team. This delay and lack of communication is both disappointing and unacceptable for a platform that handles user funds.

I request you to take immediate action on this matter. Either credit the deposited amount to my Batery-Bets.in account without further delay or initiate a full refund to my original bank account. Please also provide a clear update on the status of my support ticket, along with an estimated time frame for resolution.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
