Submitted all documents just the way they asked now no reply

1 and a half month ago I was trying to place a withdrawal when suddenly a message popped up saying withdrawals are unavailable temporarily kindly contact customer service.
I contacted the customer service by raising a request. Ever since then I have been asked to submit multiple types of proofs. I have submitted every single one of them and they have even verified it.
The last proof they asked me for was to prove that both the numbers belong to me. One number is the one visible on my banking statement and the other number with which i have registered at batery bet. And I do not have multiple accounts with them, so that i not an issue.
First they requested a selfie with the photo of the SIM Card app which I provided then asked for just a screenshot, which their customer support accepted that its correct and just wait. Now they are not replying since 10 days. I am attaching all the proofs and them accepting the proofs are correct. Please accept my complaint!
