Rs 10100 amount not received
I deposited ₹10,100 on Battery Bet, and it has been 4 days with no credit of funds to my account. The support team is not responding properly and has provided no resolution.
I created a deposit request and then proceeded to make the payment. However, when I returned to the website, the page auto-reloaded, and I did not even get the chance to submit the UTR ID for the transaction. Despite this, the money has already been deducted from my bank account, and the casino is still withholding my funds.
This situation is unacceptable, and I need immediate intervention. Please check my issue urgently and help me resolve this as soon as possible.
