Provider has not yet replied, it's been many days since I made deposits

I made a deposit of 300 INR on 26 sep 2024 and another deposit of 2500 INR on 8th Oct 2024 both deposit are debited from my bank account and successfully credited to merchant account. But these deposit are not yet credited to my game account, I have already made a request in Batery, they are just delaying and keep on saying this that their Provider has not yet replied, it's been many days since I made these deposits.

@ask Gamblers team please help me on this.
