My batery account id63255033.I have not received my withdrawals yet. It has been 4 days, but the status shows "Completed." Customer support is not helping me. I have already provided all the required proof, including my bank statement in PDF format, but I still have not received my money.

I’m writing this complaint as I raised a withdrawal request on 6th July of ₹12000. It’s been three days it still shows processing. I’ve been contacting the support creating requests and sending mails but all I get are automated messages from the team. I don’t know what’s going on. Seeing all the reviews posted on this site seems like a scam. At first they told me to wait for 72 hours. It’s been more than that but no response, also no amount received. It has been well over 12 days since I lodged my complaint, yet I still haven't received my deposit of ₹1,500. To make matters worse, another deposit payment of ₹1,601 has now gotten stuck as well. I request the Battery Bet app to credit the funds to my gaming account immediately; otherwise, I will file complaints on every available grievance platform. I am fed up with constantly waiting for responses—I just want my money. If this continues, I will have to advise the friends who trust this platform to stop playing here.
